We shot Stacy and Trents pictures at Schiller park a couple weeks ago. This couple is super fabulous and totally in love. Their Wedding is in September and I couldnt be more excited. Stacy, you will make such a beautiful bride and I cant wait to see your dress.

We had a lot of fun shooting their engagement session. Trent has an inner goofyness inside that just bursts out throught the images. Stacy has a natural ability to be fabulous and can work it like a model!

Kait and Ben were a super classic couple. Their love was real and anyone who came in contact with them knew it. With Ben serving his country they have to work hard at their relationship. Frustrating at times, they always make it through. Kait and Ben were our wedding give away couple. I chose them because when I read Kait email I found it very tough to get through. Jared and I have never been more then a week apart and it would pain me so much to try and live a long distance relationship, planning a wedding and sometimes not being able to talk to Jared for weeks. I dont know how people do it…

ComBobbled. A new word I have been using this weekend. Not sure if its a real word but, I love it and it goes with my personality. I like to use it in sentences meaning, messed up, unorganized, and just a plain old mess!!! Right now, my personal life is combobbled.

Jared and I were driving on the way to a shoot yesterday and saw two things we both had NEVER seen before on the freeway. One: You know those dividing walls that are supposed to “keep” noise from the freeway out from the neighborhoods? Well, in the oncoming traffic side I saw a basketball fly up and over the wall and into traffic. Jared and I were just talking about the normal old business stuff and I rudely interupted with A ball just flew over the wall! I think Jared though I was trying to be a poet and not noet….ok bad joke. But seriously, a basketball OVER the wall. I bet the kids on the other side were just giggling their little hearts out!  Not a mile up the road we saw 2 cars pulled over on the right hand side. Thinking it was just a fender bender I just casually starred at them as we passed by. Taking a close look the car had white foaming nastyness ALL over it!!! Jared said it looked like they had to extinguish it!! Whatever it was, looked gross.

Last night Jared and I decided to take the night off and go have some fun with eachother. Takin it back old school we thought it would be fun to throw the softball around!! I used to pitch some in highschool so I thought it would be fun to see if I still got the touch. Strike one! Strike Two!…….ball…….Strike Three!!!!! Not bad for my first time in like 7 years! Im pretty sore today though.

Now Im heading off to some much needed BodyPump and cardio at the gym! Yessss……

Yes. Coffee from a BOWL! Lets get this story right. Last night Jared and I were up til about 3 or so in the morning-not by choice on my end. Jared gets together with a little group of friends on saturday nights when we dont have a wedding to shoot. They all sit around, eat pizza, and play this video game. This is usually a long drawn out process so, Im prepared to be awake til he gets home. I just dont get very good sleep when he’s not here with me. So, last night my me and my mom watched Bride Wars-totally awesome. It was the 2nd time I saw it-and I Now Pronounce you Chuck and Larry-NOT a big fan of that one. Oh yes, the bowl. So needless to say, last night I was sooo tired and couldnt get to my dishes and thats why this morning I drink it from a bowl. Try it sometime, you might like it!

My poor shoot got rained out yesterday   But, Im really happy the weather looks promising today for Trent and Stacys engagement session! Cant wait to post the sneak peek!

Ah yes…Popcorn makes me happy. When popped to the poppiest perfection…Unfortunately, I burnt mine tonight and Im super bummed about it. Its my late night snack that is guilt free-guilt free because its Orville Redenbocker light butter. Jared gets to sit there and eat his perfectly popped popcorn that is 13g of fat for 1 cup!!!! Ew…!

You know what else makes me happy? Naps. I looooove naps. Maybe even a little tooo much. I took one today, like 2 and half hour one!! Im all smiles.

This weekend is going to be super fabulous-if the rain stays away. We have a bridal meeting tomorrow around lunch time and then supposed to have a family photoshoot in the evening but the weather man is calling for some unnecessary rain. Un-Necessary. Completely. Then sunday we’re shooting the ultra-stunning couple Stacy and Trent! So far the weather looks promising.

I found out today what really makes my creativeness mind peek out at top notch!! Caffeine and Poker Face by Laday GaGa haha!!! Oh, and a good sunset.

Ahh…the winter months have finally moved on their little cold nasty way! I love winter time but ONLY for a month. Just enough to get me excited for Christmas…mmm…Christmas cookies…FOCUS!

Oh, and LOOK! We have a new blog hoster! Hoooorrayyy!!

Yesterday we shot the engagement pictures of Sarah and Brian: Totally awesome couple.

This past month we have had some pretty excited things happen to us. Purchased our VERY first home! We get to move in in two weeks and its going to be the slowest two weeks of my life!! Our new gallery will be designed here with lots of cool gallery wraps and prints for all to see. Not to mention our 120 projector screen for some presentations to super fabulous upcoming brides

Not only that but we were hired to do a job here: Anyone know where this is??
