Lindsey and Aaron got married and held their reception in Sandusky Ohio. Jared and I decided to drive up the morning of the wedding. The whole drive up there it was blue skies, perfect temperature weather and an easy breeze. What a perfect day!!! We arrived to Holy Angels Church a half hour earlier than scheduled to shoot. This gave us a great amount of time to poke around and scope out the area.
I walked into the church anxious to find our beautiful bride. When I finally found her she was smiling ear to ear and glowing with a very contagious positive attitude. That is what I absolutely LOVE about Lindsey. She could be in one of the worst situations and still find the good around her. Shes extremely bubbly and upbeat and I wish she lived closer so I could be around her all the time.
I kept checking the weather forecast because there was a VERY small chance of rain. Still in the clear. The wedding ceremony was a beautiful traditional catholic ceremony with a little Lindsey and Aaron flare to it. A surprise to all the guests?? Their very own bagpiper!!! The sound of the bagpipes echoing through the church sent goosebumps down my spine. What a unique way to end a processional!!
We started the family photos inside the church. Next thing we know we hear very loud booms of thunder. Sigh. But that didnt wipe the smile off Lindsey’s face. She was all for getting outside for pictures! I mean, we DO have umbrellas!!!!
I L.O.V.E. her!
