Love. Its the moment when you finally realize you can’t live without this significant other. The moment when you find yourself instantly doing the uncomfortable to make the other one happy. Sacrifice, dedication and second first dates….Wait, what?!? That’s right. Lauren and Dan had TWO first dates. I really wish I could tell you this story but I’m a bit confused myself. I was excited and giddy when I received Lauren’s email. She mentioned that her finance was very persistent about us being the photographers for their wedding. You see, Dan was a groomsmen for a wedding we shot in June of 2009! He had remembered how much fun we were and how awesome we were to work with
<—-Totally talking myself up here lol! But I was happy to know that we had made such a positive impact on a groomsmen.
I am in love with the Jeltes’s and the Curran’s. I cant even BEGIN to tell you how amazing and hospitable these two families are. I found comfort in their solid background of their faith and the beauty and love you could see shining from their core. A solid foundation. Lauren and Dan were raised so wonderfully and expect to apply their families faith and commitment to their own marriage. I <3 them!

After the reception I totally convinced the bridal party to jump into the pool. A few people were missing but this was the outcome:

and have gotten to know Dan a bit through the years as he went through his med school journey with my brother and SIL. And I will confirm that you two were amazing at my brother’s wedding and it’s no wonder their friends want the Jacobus experience as well
