When Erin and I first met we excitedly talked about details and girly stuff. Erin’s poor Mother had just had surgery and was not able to make it so one of my dear friend and clients Mother stepped in for her. Thanks to Sami I would have never of met Erin and Jesse and my life would not be the same. Erin, over the year in planning, has been a great friend. Through hard times and good times she always shared with me her feelings and concerns. I feel very honored that she took trust in me and felt comfortable enough to ask me for prayers.

Erin and Jesse live about 2 hours away so personal contact with them was just not as frequent as I would have loved for it to been. But there was a particular time this past winter where Erin had broke her foot and was now in the care of Mom and Pop (who like 5 minutes from me). I was invited over by Erin one night to just chit chat about wedding stuff and to hang. She showed me her scrapbooks and told me all the juicy details that have been going on in their lives. Jesse was finishing his residency in Dayton and was not able to spend quality girly time with us

Erin’s wedding day was super special to me. Her excitement to marry the man of her dreams was just over flowing from her face!! Jesse, like most grooms, was a little nervous but for the most part pretty calm. Erin’s Dad on the other hand lost it before the ceremony which caused ME to lose it while I was trying to shoot! 2009 was an amazing year for the Jacobus Duo. We have been so completely blessed with the thriving of our business. I couldn’t have asked for better Brides and Grooms….or better friends. These 25 couples listed below have given me great laughs and wonderful feelings. I couldn’t thank them enough for being so beautiful. Some of the couples you see have already gotten married! Some are to be married in 2010!

Jill and Mike had a beautiful wedding in Dublin. We met with them last winter to go over wedding details. As soon as I met Jill I knew I wanted her as a bride! She was so pretty and had a great personality. During the meeting you could tell that Mike was head over heels for Jill. Jill and Mike met online when Mike saw a beautiful sexy picture of Jill. Happy hump day ya’ll! We’re onto the 2nd post now for Melissa and Shauns wedding. These two are just so beautiful I cant quit admiring them. On a non business note, Jared bought me a new SUV yesterday that Im pretty excited to go pick up today! Its not my first choice (his either) but it was a good deal. The demolition on our house is coming along quite lovely. At this going rate of tearing down, we’ll be moving in next year. HA! I made a funny. Hopefully my mom is reading this. I really have been wanting a new little puppy too. New house, car…why not throw in a dog as well….or maybe a baby. HAHA! Now I REALLLY hope my mom is reading this. This week we have 3 engagements and 2 weddings. My blog will be busting in the seems this summer.
