Jared and I walked into Panera scoping out the room for our potential Bride and Groom. I looked to my left, saw no one that resembled a Bride. Looked to my right and saw this beautiful bleach blond girl, wearing all pink, make up done-to-perfection, waving her hand in the air to greet me. I knew right away Ashley and I would be great friends. As we sat there and talked about shoes, dresses, flowers and colors I felt an urge of excitement. Ashley started talking pinks, glitters, sparkles, crystals…AHHH!! A girl after my own heart. Brad on the other hand wasn’t looking too good. He was starting to get a cold and was sweating like I’ve never seen! Poor thing!

The day of the wedding was super fun! I arrived at the Hilton, where Ashley was getting ready. We shot a few details and then off to Our Lady of Victory! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. The sun was shining, there were little pops of clouds in the sky and people were going about their happy ways. The ceremony and reception were beautiful and I couldn’t wait to get inside to take more details! I was in pink sparkly heaven!

Clover valley golf club and the wedding workshop

I walked into Clover Valley Golf Club to a striking red and black decor. Susan, who owns The Wedding Workshop is a wedding decorator in central Ohio. The air smelt of a freshly cleaned building and….SUGAR?? I glanced over to my left and saw the giant candy table Susan set out to display. “Take what you want!!” she kindly offered to me. Oh, well, I mean, if you’re twisting my arm and calling me bad names!! I grabbed me a handful of M&M’s and with a very happy stride, I walked away. But then came back multiple times. Susan decided to do two different mock receptions with Clover Valley. A classy red and black and then (my favorite) pink, green and orange! What a perfect setup to see to get me into spring mode!!

Ashley and Brad met up with us at Graeter’s Ice Cream in Westerville. We shot around the area for an urban-grunge kind of feel then headed to Innis Woods for more of a park kind of feel. We stopped by the Amish Originals Furniture while uptown to snap some shots with their super cool frames out front. We have really lucked out with the weather these past couple weeks! Beautiful sunshine warmish days!
